Čim prej pojdi na uraden servis,da ti naredijo kontrolo količine olja v menjalniku

Poročaj, katero stran so popravljali, da ne dolgovezimo o možnostih.
No zaradi manšete zgloba ne izteče olje iz menjalnika, je pač pol metra stran od olja. Izteče pa mast iz zgloba. Pri iztaknjeni desni polosi se po predpisu zamenja semering komplet 7701474122, ki je posebne sorte in se ga natakne s pomočjo priloženega plastičnega orodja, ki je zraven, starega se pri iztaknitvi uniči. Če je starega natikal ta mojster nazaj, je težava v tem. Govorim o desni polosi. Pri levi strani pa je manšeta tudi na notranji strani pri križu, ne vem pa če se menja, na Dialogysu te številke za gumo ni, je pa cena za polos v kpl. 582€. Tudi ne zastopim, kako bi se pri 2,5l olja toliko oklal pri vnosu, menda je vsega menjal in še paličko za merit ima ta menjalnik PK6.
Škoda, ker nimamo enostavnejšega sistema za objavo slik in navodil za montažo, včasih bi komu nucalo. Npr.:

DRIVESHAFT to a gearbox, rigorously follow the INSTRUCTIONS
given in this technical note.
I - REMOVAL OF THE LEFT-HAND DRIVESHAFT
FROM THE PKX AND PFX GEARBOXES
Remove the front left-hand driveshaft (refer to the
Workshop Repair Manual for the vehicle concerned
29A, Driveshafts).
For PF6 gearboxes
Remove the left-hand side differential outlet seal.
II - REFITTING THE FRONT LEFT-HAND
DRIVESHAFT TO THE PKX AND PFX GEARBOXES
1 - Refit the front left-hand driveshaft to PF6
gearboxes
Fit the new seal using tool (Bvi. 1719).
Fit the driveshaft into the gearbox as horizontally as
possible (this operation requires two people).
To refit the driveshaft on the wheel side, proceed in the
reverse order to removal (refer to the Workshop Repair
Manual for the vehicle concerned 29A, Driveshafts).
2 - Refit the front left-hand driveshafts to the PF1,
PA6, PK1, PK5 and PK6 gearboxes
Special notes on the front left-hand driveshaft
The seal (gearbox side) is made by pushing the gaiter
lip (4) into its housing on the gearbox, moving the flange
(3) .
Wipe away the oil on the:
- flange (3) ,
- between the flange and the gaiter,
- seal lip (4) ,
- face of the lip on the gearbox.
Refit the driveshaft on the gearbox side (this operation
requires two people):
- Person 1:
• position the driveshaft at the differential input,

Always replace the differential outlet seal after

Do not lubricate the seal when fitting it.

WARNING
To ensure a correct seal when refitting a gaiter to a
gearbox:
- the flange (3) must be fitted to the gaiter (2) (see
figure 107922) in order to support the seal lip (4)
and to fit it correctly into its holder on the gearbox.

Front left-hand wheel driveshaft: Precautions for repair
PFX – PKX
29A
• fit the flange (3) on to the gaiter (2) ,
• fit the driveshaft into the gearbox whilst keeping the
flange (3) on the gaiter,
• push the flange (3) so as to insert the gaiter lip (4) in
its housing (do not pinch the gaiter (2) ).
- Person 2:
• tighten the 3 harness mounting bolts (3) but do not
tighten fully (the flange should still be loose).
- Person 1:
• keep the driveshaft as horizontal as possible (with
respect to the differential).
- Person 2:
• tighten to torque the flange mounting bolts (21
Nm).
To refit the driveshaft on the wheel side, proceed in the
reverse order to removal (refer to the Workshop Repair
Manual for the vehicle concerned 29A, Driveshafts).

Na levi pa je manšeta. Merilna palčka je v tem menjalniku. Če je zadosti olja ni težav, včasih pa neha teči, ko ga zmanjka.

Mislim, da ni panike. Olje ti je pač zmetalo ven, sploh ker si delal tok dolgo vožnjo in se je nivo olja še večal. Zgleda res grdo, ko je vse okoli mastno. Ravno to mi je "mehanik" naredil pri moji bivši laguni 1,9 dci. Še nakaj časa je olje teklo ven, dokler ni bilo pravega nivoja.
